These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mydirah governing your access to and use of the website, services, and tools provided by Mydirah (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Mydirah provides an online marketplace that enables landlords, property managers, and agents to publish long-term apartment rental listings in Jerusalem, and enables prospective renters to search, browse, and contact listing parties. Mydirah does not act as a real estate broker, property manager, leasing agent, or party to any rental agreement, lease, or transaction between users.

The Platform is intended solely to facilitate connections between users. Mydirah does not verify, inspect, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, or condition of any listing or property.

To create a listing, manage listings, or access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Mydirah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge, including but not limited to rental price, address, availability dates, property details, photographs, and contact information. Listings must relate to genuine long-term residential rental properties located in Jerusalem.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
• Discriminatory content or conduct in violation of applicable law;
• Content that infringes on intellectual property or other rights;
• Spam, bulk solicitations, or unrelated promotional material.

Mydirah reviews listings prior to publication and reserves the right to approve, edit, decline, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

Users agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. Specifically, you may not:

• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access or collect data;
• Harass, defraud, or mislead other users;
• Circumvent the Platform's fee structure or security controls;
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials.

Mydirah currently provides core listing and browsing services free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features or services in the future. Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before you elect to use such features, and no charges will be incurred without your consent.

By posting content to the Platform, you grant Mydirah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform and related communications, including email alerts and promotional materials. You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to any content you upload, including photographs and property descriptions.

The Mydirah name, logo, trademarks, website design, and all underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Mydirah and may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Mydirah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account or listing without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the user or content has violated these Terms or otherwise poses a risk to the Platform or its users. Mydirah shall not be liable to any user or third party for any suspension, termination, or removal of content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mydirah and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in listings or user content;
• Property condition, availability, or lease terms;
• Disputes, financial losses, or missed opportunities between users;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any other matter arising from or connected to the Platform.

By using Mydirah, you agree that any rental or leasing decision is made at your own risk and that you should independently verify all relevant information and take appropriate precautions before signing a lease or sharing personal or financial details.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mydirah and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Mydirah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
