• Listing details you submit: apartment description, address, rent, photos and the contact details you choose to publish.
• Subscription details: email address and the neighborhoods you select.
• Basic usage data: pages viewed and approximate traffic statistics, used only in aggregate to improve the site.

• To display listings and connect renters with landlords.
• To send transactional emails, such as listing received and listing approved.
• To send new-listing alerts for the neighborhoods you subscribed to.
• To review listings for accuracy, duplicates and policy compliance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Contact details you add to a listing (email, phone or WhatsApp number) are shown publicly on that listing so renters can reach you. Do not include information you do not want to be public.

We use trusted providers to host the site, store data and images, and deliver email. They process data only to provide these services to us.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising trackers.

Listings remain until you delete them or they are removed by an administrator. Account data is kept while your account is active. Subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

• Edit or remove your listings at any time from your dashboard.
• Unsubscribe from alert emails at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Mydirah is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.

Mydirah acts as a platform that connects landlords and renters. We do not own, manage, inspect, or verify every listing, photograph, description, price, availability, or contact detail posted on the site. Information is provided by users and is displayed in good faith, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate, up-to-date, or free from error. By using Mydirah, you agree that we are not responsible for any incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information, nor for any loss, damage, dispute, missed opportunity, or other issue that may arise from your use of the website or reliance on any listing or communication. We encourage all users to verify details directly before entering into any rental agreement or transaction.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
